The founder
Mr. Arseneault has studied chemistry in Belgium. He has more than 25 years of experience in sales as well as in research and development in the industrial, institutional and commercial sectors. He is the inventor of the ECOTECH products.
Mr. Arseneaul has also invented the patented technology to convert recycled aluminum into spherical pellets. He has collaborated with the government of Quebec on several economic missions in Saudi Arabia, France, Mexico and China.

This company was legally constituted in 2012. It is the property of a single shareholder, Mr.Emile Arseneault. Alicia Technologies's preferred business approach is to develop partnerships to expand the market for its products.
